Deleting Accounts

To delete an account, perform the following steps.

1. At the account page, click Details.
   The Details page is displayed.
   
   
   
   

2. Click the Delete button and then select a condition from the table below.

   If…	Then…
   no active serial numbers are associated with the account,	the Delete Account pop-up is displayed. a.       Click the Delete button. The Confirm pop-up is displayed. b.       Select the check box. The Confirm button is enabled. c.       Click the Confirm button.  The Account is deleted.
   active serial numbers are associated with the account,	the Delete Account pop-up is displayed. a.       Click the Delete button. The Confirm pop-up is displayed. b.       Select the check box. The Confirm button is enabled. c.       Click the Confirm button. The Account is deleted.
   the account has pending serial numbers to be activated,	the Delete Account pop-up is displayed. Select the click here link or call the listed partner support number. Click the Cancel button.
