Canceling an Assigned and Activated Backup Appliances Serial Number

To cancel an Appliance, perform the following steps.

1. At the account with the activated appliance select Product & Services List.
   The Account Product & Services List is displayed.
   
   

2. At the appliance you want to deactivate, click Edit.
   The Edit pop-up is displayed.
   
   

3. Click the Cancel Appliance button from the Edit Barracuda Backup Server window.
   The following pop-up is displayed.
   
   

4. Click OK.

5. Click Close to return to the Edit Activation page.
