View billable licenses is available to any account that is linked by the M365 Connector and lists the Microsoft license type associated with each user mailbox protected by Barracuda email security products.
To view Billable Licenses for a user, perform the following steps.
- At the Account-level Product & Services List page, click User Billing List.
The User Billing List page is displayed.
- In the Billable Licenses column, click the (x more…) link.
The read-only Billable Licenses pop-up is displayed.
- Click Close.
