How to check on the health applications and solve problems with them from the Home page
How you solve issues with applications from the Home page depends on whether an account is selected or not:
If an account is not selected, issues with applications are displayed in the Product information by account table.
If an account is selected, issues with applications are displayed in the Products area.
The product information by account table
The Product information by account table on the Home page shows the health of your applications in a quick, at-a-glance format, so you can easily identify which applications are unhealthy or haven't been set up yet.
Clicking a cell in the table opens a product slideout that does one of the following, depending on the state of the application:

isn't installed on your system or hasn't been activated | ![]() | find more information on how it could be useful to you. |
is healthy | ![]() | see the operational tests that show the product is healthy |
is on your environment, but setup hasn't been completed | ![]() | see the operational tests and lets you open the application to complete setup. |
