Support-Assisted Features

Support-Assisted Features exist in the Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service security engine, but are not part of the WAF-as-a-Service user interface ( ).  You cannot configure support-assisted features yourself, but they can be configured by Barracuda Networks Technical Support at your request.

These features are fully functional and have been thoroughly tested in the security engine.

To Configure Support-Assisted Features:

Contact Barracuda Networks Technical Support , including the following information:

  • The email address associated with your Barracuda WAF-as-a-Service account
  • Your serial number (or state that you have a trial version)
  • The name of the application(s) for which you want to apply the configuration changes
  • The exact configuration you want to apply
