Attention

Starting May 1st, 2018, we will no longer offer the ArchiveOne family of products. This includes all editions of ArchiveOne, ArchiveOne for Files, Max Compression, and Access Security Manager. If you currently hold a maintenance and support contract, you will continue to receive our award-winning support until your contract expires, or until May 1st, 2019, whichever occurs first. The license for ArchiveOne is perpetual; therefore the software may continue to be used independently without any updates or support indefinitely.

Multi-Server Licensing

  • Last updated on

ArchiveOne is licensed by the number of mailboxes allowed to be processed. The license grants one ArchiveOne Service installation the right to connect to a named Configuration server, then process as many mailboxes on the Exchange site or admin group as is allowed by the license.

If you want multiple ArchiveOne Service installations, each must connect to a different Configuration server, and be separately licensed. This allows each installation to process as many mailboxes as required or specified by the license.

Best Practice:
Ensure that the same mailbox is not listed for archiving on different ArchiveOne Service installations.
