How to Resolve "Some components had been installed successfully before the failure" Error During ArchiveOne Installation

This article applies to Barracuda ArchiveOne version 7.3 and higher.

In the event of an error during the ArchiveOne installation, some of the selected components may have installed successfully before the error occurs. In this case, the following message displays:

"Some components had been installed successfully before the failure"

Preceding this error message, details of the components that failed to install displays; see "How to Resolve "There was a problem during phase X of component X of the installation process" Error for more information.

While troubleshooting the installation error, Barracuda recommends that you uninstall ArchiveOne before attempting to reinstall since some components were installed successfully.
