Attention

Starting May 1st, 2018, we will no longer offer the ArchiveOne family of products. This includes all editions of ArchiveOne, ArchiveOne for Files, Max Compression, and Access Security Manager. If you currently hold a maintenance and support contract, you will continue to receive our award-winning support until your contract expires, or until May 1st, 2019, whichever occurs first. The license for ArchiveOne is perpetual; therefore the software may continue to be used independently without any updates or support indefinitely.

ArchiveOne Migration Admin Auditing

  • Last updated on

This article applies to Barracuda ArchiveOne version 7.3.1 or higher.

The ArchiveOne Migration Admin stores audit records as CSV files in C:\ProgramData\Barracuda\ArchiveOne\MigrationAudit. This provides a record of what actions were carried out to items in the archive and to any ArchiveOne stubs in the user mailboxes.

Upload Auditing

For each repository, an audit file is created for the following:

  • <repository_name>_MigrationSuccess.csv – Each successfully migrated item is listed along with the migration date and time.
  • <repository_name>_MigrationFailure.csv – Only created if there are items which fail to migrate. The audit file contains the type of failure.
  • <repository_name>_PartitionSuccess.csv – Each successfully processed index partition file is listed along with the date and time it was completed and the number of items it referenced in the archive.
  • <repository_name>_PartitionFailure.csv – Only created if there are index partition files which fail to process. The audit file contains the type of failure.

Stub Auditing

The StubbingSuccess.csv contains a list of ArchiveOne stubs successfully processed during the stubbing phase of the migration task. This action can be delete, unarchive, or convert the stub.
