  3. Open the file service.ini in a text editor such as Notepad.
  4. Find the line: MaxPSTRetrievalSize=1024.
  5. Edit the value in this line to the required size in MB, with a maximum of 2048 (i.e. 2GB), e.g. MaxPSTRetrievalSize=2048.
  6. Save and close the file.
  7. In the Microsoft Services console (services.msc), restart the ArchiveOne Service to affect the change.

ArchiveOne v7.1 and earlier

  2. On the Archive Server, run regedit to open the Windows registry editor.
  3. Navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\AOnePolService\Parameters
  4. Create a DWORD called MaxPSTRetrievalSize with a suitable value (a decimal value in MB, must be less than 2048).
