RESOLUTION
This issue was resolved in 7.1.0.3278. Instructions on upgrading can be found here - How to Upgrade to ArchiveOne 7.x by Uninstalling/Reinstalling
Once this has been completed users will be required to clear their browser cache and reload Outlook.
If you are unable to upgrade in the immediate future, you can temporarily replace the common.js file. A copy can be found here: https://copy.com/OwhphYc1mmnAR7X1 .
To replace the file manually follow these instructions on each web server:
1. On each server which hosts the Search & Retrieval website, navigate to the installation directory, by default C:\Program Files (x86)\Barracuda\ArchiveOne\Web\AOneSearch.
2. In the Scripts folder, renamed the existing common.js to common.js.OLD and copy in the downloaded common.js with to replace this file.
3. Have all affected users clear their browser cache and restart Outlook to confirm the error is now resolved.
