How can I export Archived message stubs to a PST using ArchiveOne?

Solution #00007359

ArchiveOne Enterprise, v6.6 or later

When using an ArchiveOne policy to copy or move messages from a mailbox, any message stubs will not be moved or copied. ArchiveOne is hard-coded to not process message stubs with a Copy or Move action. This is by design so that stubbed messages are not exported as these would not be retrievable by a third party (exporting to PST is typically used to provide data to a third party).
If the messages are needed for an ediscovery request, then it is recommended to run an archive search from the ArchiveOne Admin console to locate the data, and then export the results to PST. The PST will contain a copy of the original email in full.

If you are using the copy/move policy to facilitate a mailbox migration, the archived messages will need to be moved either manually or via a power shell script.
