Answer:

The Search Archive folder in the users' mailboxes allows them to search and browse their archived data. When adding a new user to the ArchiveOne Mailbox Manager, the Search Archive folder will not appear in the user's mailbox until a policy is run against their mailbox. Once the policy has completed, the new Search Archive folder will be visible.
