Answer:


ArchiveOne by default will examine all folders in a mailbox when running a policy, unless you specify any folder criteria. This includes the following default mailbox folders:

- Calendar

- Contacts

- Deleted Items

- Journal

- Junk E-mail

- New Feed

- Notes

- RSS Feeds

- Suggested Contacts

- Sync Issues

- Tasks


However, there are special folders which are skipped by design:

- Outbox

- Retrieved Messages (or whatever customized name you have defined in the ArchiveOne configuration)

- Search Archive (or whatever customized name you have defined in the ArchiveOne configuration)
