Answer:

OVERVIEW

The ArchiveOne Search website will return a maximum of 1000 search matches, even if there are more matching messages in the archive. You can modify this maximum value should you wish to. Note that increasing the maximum number of results may negatively impact performance as large searches will take longer to complete and consume more resources.


HOW TO STEPS

For v7 or later
  1. Browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Barracuda\Web\AOneSearch.
  2. Open the web.config file in Notepad.
  3. Find the line:
    <add key="ResultsCountLimit" value="1000"></add>
  4. Modify the value to the required maximum number of results.
  5. Save and close the file.

For v6.6 or earlier
  1. Browse to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\AOneSearch.
  2. Open the web.config file in Notepad.Find the line:
    <add key="ResultsCountLimit" value="1000"></add>
  3. Modify the value to the required maximum number of results.
  4. Save and close the file.

The configuration change is immediate.

On the web server (or web servers) hosting the ArchiveOne Search website:
  1. Browse to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\AOneSearch.
  2. Open the web.config file in Notepad.
  3. Find the line:
    <add key="ResultsCountLimit" value="1000"></add>
  4. Modify the value to the required maximum number of results.
  5. Save and close the file.
The configuration change is immediate.
