When running archiving policies which find a large number of matching items, you may see the following message in the First Phase of the Status window:

Terminated: ArchiveOne Data Manager has reached the item count limit and is unable to accept any more data.

This is an informational message rather than an error. The ArchiveOne Data Manager service has a maximum number of items it will hold in the queue for archiving.

When it reaches this limit, the Second Phase will automatically start (if it hasn't already done so) and begin archiving the items in the queue. This prevents very large queues of messages pending archiving from developing, during which time the data in the mailbox may have changed (for instance if a user has deleted a message in the interim). Once archiving has completed, the next policy run will find any remaining search matches and submit them to the queue for archiving.
