The Archive One Service fails to start with the error:

"Error 2136: A general network error has occurred".


There a number of reasons the service may fail to start correctly and further logs are required in order to diagnose the root cause.


To diagnose the issue, your Barracuda Support representative will require the following log files:

1.  The Windows Application and System Event Logs.

2. The contents of the Startup logs folder from the ArchiveOne installation directory, by default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Barracuda\Archive One\Logs\StartupLogs

Please have these ready when contacting Barracuda Support.

You may see the following specific errors in the ArchiveOne service trace; the associated KB will advise you how to resolve the specific error:

·         ReportCriticalFailure:EventLogged Autodiscovery for the service account details failed

·         ReportCriticalFailure:EventLogged Service failed to get LDAP legacyExchangeDN for the search for the primary mailbox
