PRB: Accented characters are not displayed correctly in archived messages

ArchiveOne Enterprise, pre 6.5.3



The archived message stub in the mailbox contains accented characters but these do not display correctly. For example, 'è' displays as 'è'.


This issue has been resolved in the latest release of ArchiveOne. You will need to upgrade ArchiveOne to v6.5.1.2855 or later. To obtain the latest version and for advice on upgrading, please contact C2C Support.
