Giving feedback on Barracuda Assistant

When Barracuda Assistant responds to a request, you can give feedback to help the AI improve.

To give feedback on Barracuda Assistant

1. Do one of the following:

   • Type a question in the Ask your question box.

   • Select one of the preset questions below the Ask your question box.

2. Click the arrow .

3. Click one of the following buttons:

4. Thumbs Up

5. Thumbs Down

6. If you clicked the Thumbs Down button, do one of the following:

7. If you want to want to give more feedback, click Yes . Write your response and click the arrow .

8. If you don’t want to give feedback and want to continue the conversation instead, click No .
