Connection problems may occur due to bandwidth or latency related issues while performing a restore. In such cases the Barracuda Restore Tool will log one or more Handshake failed errors to the Restore Tool error log, and then it will try to reestablish the connection. The Restore Tool error log is accessible from the Restore Tool under Help > Error Logs or from the users Program Files\Barracuda\Restore Tool\Error Logs directory.
When connection problems are encountered the restore will be much slower than normal but it will eventually complete. When the restore is complete a dialog box will display statistics related to the restore (as shown below). These statistics are also written to a log file in a folder name Restore Logs in the designated restore location.
