Barracuda Backup

How can I tell if my data is getting backed up with the Barracuda Backup Service?

  • Type: Knowledgebase
  • Date changed: 9 years ago

Solution #00003889

Scope:
All Barracuda Backup Servers, all firmware versions.

Scope:

The Barracuda Backup server provides a detailed report for each backup that is run from your server. You can access reports from the Reports > Offsite Backup page of the Barracuda Web interface.

To get a list of reports select the server, report type, and time range you would like to view. Offsite Backup Reports provide details on when a backup started, how long it took, if there were any errors or warnings and detailed information about new and changed files. Links to quickly view or download a file are provided for each new and modified item within the report.

Additional Notes:
Email notifications can be set to notify Backup Server contacts when a backup is complete or when an error is detected during a backup.
