Please Check your mail server, SPAM filter or Junk email. Reports from message-level backups can be quite large, so your mail server may reject them due to size or be flagged as Spam / Junk email.
If the message was still not found, please contact Barracuda Networks Technical Support. A Barracuda Support technician will investigate the issue and verify that the report emails are in fact being sent.
