Scope:
This solution applies to all Barracuda Networks products.
Answer:
The Barracuda Networks Computer Incident Response Team (CIRT) works collaboratively with security researchers to identify and address potential vulnerabilities associated with its products.
If you have identified a potential vulnerability, we would appreciate your sending a report via encrypted email. The Barracuda Networks CIRT PGP public key is available at:
http://pgp.mit.edu:11371/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0x158940CC89B656ED
The email address is:
security@barracuda.com
When an encrypted email is received, the Barracuda Networks CIRT will respond to acknowledge receipt of the email and provide further guidance on the process to resolve the issue. Please note that emails that are not appropriately encrypted may be bounced.
Please do not use the Barracuda Networks CIRT email addresses for configuration questions, clarifications about recent technical alerts, software update requests, or other issues unrelated to security vulnerability research. These other requests should be addressed to Barracuda Networks Technical Support.
