How do I fix the time on any Barracuda Networks product?

This solution applies to all Barracuda Networks products, all firmware versions.

To view current system time, go to the Basic > Administration page and read the Current Time. To select a timezone, navigate to the Basic > Administration page and select the appropriate timezone from the Time Zone drop-down menu.

If the time is incorrect and the appropriate timezone is selected, you must make sure port 123 (UDP) is open so that the Barracuda unit may make outgoing connections to sync with our timeserver, If the Barracuda unit cannot do this, the port is likely closed.

Additional Notes:
The Barracuda unit may also be configured to use an alternate NTP server. For instructions on how to configure this, see Solution #00001508.
