The Basic > Dashboard page provides an overview of the health and performance of your Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service, as described below.
Message Statistics
Statistics for all items stored in the Barracuda cloud, broken down into the following groups by hour, day, and total:
Inbound, outbound, and internal emails
Appointments, contacts, notes, distribution lists, and tasks
Any other data belonging to users in your managed domains that were also sent to the Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service
Storage Statistics

This section displays statistics on the amount data stored in the Barracuda cloud this hour, today (since midnight), and total (or since last reset).
Effective – The "real" combined size of all stored messages. This is the actual size of the messages as they are sent to the Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service.
On Disk – The actual amount of storage used.
Reduction – The percentage of storage space saved by the compression mechanisms of the Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service.
Subscription Status

This section displays the current status of your Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service including number of users and subscription expiration date.
Email Traffic Statistics
The breakdown of message traffic for the last 24 hours and last 30 days.
