Data Transfer IP Ranges

This article applies to the Barracuda Cloud Archiving Service and on-premise Microsoft Exchange Server.

While it is not recommended practice, some networks require you to lock down IP addresses/ranges per service. The following sections list the IP addresses used by the Barracuda Message Archiver. Firewall modifications must be made for outbound traffic only. The Barracuda Message Archiver does not require you to open any inbound ports since the appliance initiates the connection to our cloud.

The IP address ranges in the following lists are subject to change without notice. If this occurs, the Barracuda Message Archiver stops sending data to the cloud.

You must open outbound ports to enable communication with AWS. Refer to this AWS article for details.
