Why am I getting "Permission denied" While trying to access Vulnerability manager from BCC portal?

Scope: Cloud Control

Answer:

Issue: Customer trying to access Barracuda Vulnerability manager from BCC portal and getting error message “Access Denied”.

 Issue: This message shows up when the user in question is on a Cloud Control account for which they do not have administrator permissions.

Fix: Only users with administrator permissions can sign up for a new service, which is why customer is getting the error when they tries to get to the sign up form.  The solution is to have the account admin set their privileges as outlined here https://techlib.barracuda.com/BCC/ManageUsers
