Expired Subscriptions

  • Last updated on

Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup requires an active subscription license agreement for firmware updates, Technical Support, and to maintain access via Barracuda Backup Cloud (accessed through login.barracuda.com).

Once your subscription expires, Barracuda Networks generally stores customer data for 30 days post termination to allow additional time for you to manually export your data or renew your subscription. After this 30-day retention period, Barracuda Networks retains the right to disable access to your Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup account and delete all customer data, including any cached or backup copies. Once completed, you will no longer be able to access the Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup interface, which is used to manage your backups, view reports, and recover or export data.

To renew your subscription, contact Barracuda Networks before your subscription expires, along with your serial number.

Barracuda Networks does not offer a data export service for Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup. If you do not plan to renew your subscription and need to access your backup data, it is recommended that you plan accordingly and begin the process of exporting your data as needed prior to the end of the retention period.
