How to Activate Cloud-to-Cloud Backup

Barracuda Cloud Control Account

To complete the setup you must have a Barracuda Cloud Control account.

For partners, be sure to read How to Add a Managed Customer Account. See also Partner Accounts.

  1. Log into https://login.barracudanetworks.com/ using your Barracuda Cloud Control account credentials, or, if you do not have an account:
    1. Click Create a User.
    2. Enter your user details, and click Create User.
    3. Read and accept the Terms and Privacy.

    4. Follow the instructions emailed to the entered email account to log in and create your Barracuda Cloud Control account. 

      See Password Complexity Policies before creating your Barracuda Cloud Control password.

  2. Once logged in, the Home > Account Administration page displays.

Link and Activate Your Subscription

You can link and activate your Cloud-to-Cloud Backup subscription from a trial or as part of your Barracuda Email Protection subscription.

If you received an email with a product activation key (i.e. XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX), see How to Activate Products Using an Activation Key. Otherwise, use the following instructions to activate your product within Cloud-to-Cloud Backup.

Activate from a Cloud-to-Cloud Backup Trial

  1. Log into https://login.barracudanetworks.com/ using your Barracuda Cloud Control account credentials. Select the Cloud-to-Cloud Backup Source in the left pane.

  2. Navigate to the Products page from the top navigation menu, and click the ACTIVATE button at the top right corner.

  3. Enter your serial number and linking code, and click ACTIVATE in the popup window.

    You should have received an email from Barracuda Networks with this information after purchasing your Cloud-to-Cloud Backup subscription.

Activate a Cloud-to-Cloud Backup Paid Subscription

  1. Log into https://login.barracudanetworks.com/ using your Barracuda Cloud Control account credentials.

  2. Select the Cloud-to-Cloud Backup Source in the left pane.
  3. Click I have already purchased Barracuda Cloud-to-Cloud Backup with Barracuda Email Protection.

  4. Click Enter Linking Code and Serial Number to enter this information and activate your subscription.
