Upgrading to this Release

The upgrade process for this release is completely automated. There is no action required on your part to upgrade to the latest release.

Updates

This release includes the following updates:

  • IBU now supports VMware vSphere 8.0.

  • Ability to update SQL credentials via the ECHOportal.

Fixes

This release includes the following fixes:

  • ConnectWise was updating expired additions instead of non-expired additions.

  • Creating new ConnectWise additions used the current date instead of the next invoice date.

  • ConnectWise was mistakenly throwing errors for plans/products the Partner had not configured.

  • ConnectWise mapped Billing Plans were erroneously removed when selecting Past Plan Reset.

  • Partners were not receiving the Backup Status Report.

  • Partners were not able to access the Autotask integration configuration page via the ECHOportal in some instances.

  • Partners were not receiving their Executive Summary Report.

  • Partner billing address was not being updated properly via the ECHOportal.

  • Backup Monitor’s Share Manager would not save credentials longer than 24 characters.

  • Partner billing address was not being updated properly via the ECHOportal.

  • Backup of the same type starting during another backup caused an error instead of a warning.

  • SQL backups would fail if the backup set was edited and SQL authentication was used.

  • SQL backups would not remember credentials if updated via SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

  • SQL backups would not restore if the SQL DB name had a space at the end.
