How to Change the ECHOplatform Password

  1. On the ECHOplatform blue ribbon bar select Preferences then select View/Edit Contact Information.

  2. The Manage Contact Information page is displayed.
  3. In the top right corner, click the Change Password button.

  4. Enter the old password.
  5. Type in the new password.
  6. Retype the new password.

  7. Click Save.
