Deactivating an Account from a Backup Appliances Serial Number

To deactivate an account from a Backup Appliances serial number.

  1. At the View Purchased Backup Appliances page, in the Activated to Account column, click the remove Deactivate_appliance_3.png icon beside the subpartner.
    The subpartner is grayed-out, the undo Deactivate_appliance_4.png icon is displayed, and the Appliance State displays Pending.
  2. Manually wipe the physical appliance through the local user interface of the device to complete the deactivation.
  3. To undo the deactivation, click the undo Deactivate_appliance_4.png icon.
