Changing Activated Essentials Services

To change activated services within an Account, perform the following steps.

  1. At the View Purchased Essentials Services page, click the arrow beside the account with the service you wish to change, as shown below.

  2. A Change button is displayed for each activated standalone/bundle service.

  3. Click the Change button.

    The Change Service Loading pop-up briefly displays.

    Then, the Change Service screen is displayed.

  4. At the Service column, select the radio button of the account to which you wish to change services to, as shown below.

    The Change button is enabled.

  5. Click the Change button.
    If a service is being removed from a current account as a result of the change, the following Confirmation pop-up is displayed.

    Note: The warning notifies you that the account from which you are transferring services will no longer have access to those services.

  6. Click Confirm.
    The change of service activation, once initiated, takes approximately 4 – 5 minutes to complete.
    After the activation is completed, the account to which you changed services now displays those services on the View Purchases screen.
