Enabling Auto Healing in ConnectWise

To enable Auto Healing in ConnectWise, perform the following steps.

  1. In the ConnectWise Manage Portal select System, Setup Tables, Service Board, Status List, Status.
    The Status page is displayed.

  2. Select the Additional Options check box, and then click the Save icon, as shown below.
