Solution Title:
Why is backup via FTPS failing?

Scope:
Any Barracuda appliance (such as the BESG mailfilter) which has the
option to write a file (such as a backup configuration file) to an FTP
server via FTPS.

Answer:
For FTPS, Barracuda appliances utilize explicit encryption by default.
If your FTP server only allows the stricter implicit encryption, the
FTPS connection will fail. Please open a support tunnel on your
Barracuda appliance and then contact Barracuda Support to request that a
Barracuda technician enable implicit encryption for FTPS on your
Barracuda appliance.
