Is there a way I can force that are emails queued up in the inbound queue through my Email Security Gateway without being processed?

This applies to all Email Security Gateway models 600 and above, firmware versions 3.3 and above.

In cases of emergency, yes. Please be aware that this will result in all messages bypassing the Email Security Gateway scanning processes, potentially allowing many spam and virus emails to go through the Email Security Gateway unprocessed.

Administrators of Email Security Gateway models 600 and above may try adding a single, invalid account to the Individual Account Activation list on the Advanced > Explicit Users page. This will result in the Barracuda attempting to scan messages for only that user. All other messages will be quickly moved to the Barracuda's Outbound queue for eventual delivery to the configured destination servers.
