How do I block an email sender for one user on my Email Security Gateway, without blocking that sender for others?

This solution applies all Email Security Gateway models 300 and above, all firmware versions.

This requires the Per-User Quarantine option be enabled for that user's domain. The answer is to use that user's per-user blacklist. The sender's email address should be added to the recipient's per-user blacklist on the Preferences > Whitelist/Blacklist page of their Quarantine Inbox.
