This solution applies to all Email Security Gateways, all firmware versions.
From the Basic > Message Log page, use the filter to find the message that you would like to force-deliver. Check the box next to that message, and click the Deliver button at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can click on the message and, in the new window that appears, click the blue Deliver link.
If you click on the message and find that the message body is unavailable, this means that you cannot deliver the message. Either it was blocked before the Email Security Gateway received the entire body of the message (maybe for rate control or IP reputation), or the message is too old and has been removed.
