Answer:
If you are able to view a sample report using the Show Report button on the Advanced > Reports page, but you are unable to receive reports to your email address, you may have entered an incorrect Outbound SMTP Host/Smart Host on the Basic > Administration page. Check that option on the Basic > Administration page, and if anything has been entered into the Outbound SMTP Host/Smart Host field, remove it - this is probably why the reports were not making it to their destination.
If reports are still not being received as anticipated, refer to Solution #0001293 for steps on checking communication between the Barracuda and the recipients mail server.
