Why isn't my message log displaying the spam scores for my incoming messages on my Email Security Gateway?

All Barracuda Spam Firewalls, all firmware versions.

If you notice that your message log is not displaying any spam scoring information for your incoming emails, make sure you have entered each of your domains individually under the Domains tab. If each domain is not listed here, emails bound for those domains will display as not having a spam scoring value.

On version 3.5 and below
Also, please verify that the Spam Scan Enabled option is set to Yes for the domain in question on the Domains > Edit Domain page of the Email Security Gateway's web Interface.

Additional Notes:
It is important to remember that those emails blocked for other reasons (RBL, IP Reputation, Invalid Recipient, etc.) will not have a spam score, as they were blocked before they were fully scanned for spam.
