Scope:
All Barracuda Spam Firewalls, all firmware versions.

Answer:
Manipulating the per-user Bayesian database on Barracuda Spam Firewalls is given a lower priority than processing incoming mail. Production Barracuda Spam Firewalls may even see this request exceed the Barracuda Spam Firewall's HTTP timeout value. If the Barracuda Spam Firewall returns a blank page, wait a moment longer before clicking the browser's "Refresh" button. If the message has not been marked as Spam or Not Spam after the refresh, the request will be processed in just a few more seconds.
