Scope:
All Barracuda Spam Firewalls, all firmware versions.

Answer:
If you are not a Barracuda Networks customer and your reputation with the Barracuda Reputation System is listed as poor, you can request removal, by clicking on the link in the SMTP response code that they you have received (for example, http://www.barracudacentral.org/reputation?ip=10.0.0.1). 

Or, you can submit a request by going to the Lookups page on http://www.barracudacentral.org or by clicking this link:
http://www.barracudacentral.org/lookups 

The Barracuda Networks Technical Support Team cannot change or update the Barracuda Reputation List themselves. Please visit http://www.barracudacentral.org for more information.
