Solution #00002988

Scope:
Anyone with an IP address that is being blocked by the Barracuda RBL.

Answer:
If you are not a Barracuda Networks customer and your reputation with the Barracuda Reputation System is listed as poor, you can request removal, by clicking on the link in the SMTP response code that they you have received (for example, http://www.barracudacentral.org/reputation?ip=10.0.0.1).

If you don't have the response code you can can submit a request by going to the lookups page at Barracuda Central
http://www.barracudacentral.org/lookups

Another option is to submit a removal request on http://barracudacentral.org/rbl/removal-request and fill in the required items on the form.

The Barracuda Networks Technical Support Team cannot change or update the Barracuda Reputation List themselves. Please visit http://www.barracudacentral.org for more information.
