Why isn't my Barracuda Spam Firewall 100 logging relayed outgoing mail messages in the message log?

Scope:
All Barracuda Spam Firewall 100s, all firmware versions.

Answer:
The Barracuda Spam Firewall 100 is limited to providing antispam and antivirus protection for up to 50 email addresses. As such, only mail sent to the recipients configured on the Users > Accounts page will be logged in the Barracuda Spam Firewall 100's message log. Outgoing mail messages that are relayed through a Barracuda Spam Firewall 100 will not appear in the message log on the Basic > Message Log page.
