Why won't my Barracuda Spam Firewall's Outlook Plugin buttons stay put when I restart my Microsoft Outlook?

Solution #00003594

All Barracuda Spam Firewall models 300 and above in use with the Outlook Plugin, all firmware versions. Outlook Plugin versions and above.

While the Outlook Plugin should remember the plugin's button positions in the main Outlook window after Outlook is restarted, it will not - until the buttons have been used, after they have been moved. This has to do with an Outlook API limitation; the Outlook Plugin receives no notification when the Spam and Not Spam buttons have been moved. So, every time a messages is marked as Spam or Not Spam, the plugin will take note of its current position and, if it has changed, it will then remember it.
