When adding an RBL exemption to the Block/Accept > IP Reputation page, the web interface may time out. This happens when the Barracuda Spam Firewall attempts to submit the exemption to Barracuda Networks via email but is unsuccessful; such behavior presents itself when the two following conditions are true:
- You have entered either a problematic or an incorrect Outbound SMTP Host/Smart Host on the Basic > Administration page.
- You have enabled Submit RBL Exemptions to Barracuda Networks on the Block/Accept > IP Reputation page.
