Email Security Gateways upgrading from firmware release 3.5.12.010.
If you are upgrading from firmware release 3.5.12.010 to a new firmware release, there is a known issue where a blank screen will appear upon upgrading your appliance. During this time you will not lose any email and your Email Security Gateway will still upgrade to the latest firmware, however the blank screen will not refresh itself.
To resolve this issue:
- You must wait approximately 5 minutes before trying to access your Email Security Gateway web user interface.
- After 5 minutes, retype the URL address of your Email Security Gateway.
If after 5 minutes your Email Security Gateway web user interface does not come back up, please contact Barracuda Technical Support for assistance.
