Why can't my users modify their quarantine inbox settings on my Email Security Gateway?

Email Security Gateway models 300 and above, all firmware versions.


The preferences tab is only available if user features are enabled for that domain. To allow users access to their quarantine settings, Domains > Edit Domain > Enable User Features should be set to Yes.


Additional Notes:

The actual settings that a user can modify are controlled by Users > User Features. Newly created accounts will have the settings that are under the Default User Features. To change existing accounts, first navigate to Users > User Features. Under User Feature Overrides, enter the email account(s) that you wish to change, and then select the features you would like modified.
