Applies to all Barracuda Products except BBS and Yosemite
You can establish a connection to Barracuda Networks support servers by doing the following:
- Navigate to Advanced > Troubleshooting.
- Click on Establish Connection to Barracuda Support Servers.
If the tunnel fails to connect, ensure that port 22 Outbound is open for this device on your corporate firewall and attempt to establish the connection again.
