This solution applies to all Barracuda Spam and Virus Firewall.
When using Internet Explorer 8 or Internet Explorer 9 you may have problems viewing filter options and/or messages in the Message Log. To fix this you may need to adjust your Internet Explorer settings.
In the Internet Explorer toolbar, navigate to Tools > Compatibility View.
If this does not fix the problem, try navigating to Tools > Internet Options > Security. Switch your zone to Trusted Sites.
