How can I fix problems with my Barracuda Spam and Virus Firewall Message Log that occur when using Internet Explorer?

This solution applies to all Barracuda Spam and Virus Firewall.

When using Internet Explorer 8 or Internet Explorer 9 you may have problems viewing filter options and/or messages in the Message Log. To fix this you may need to adjust your Internet Explorer settings.

In the Internet Explorer toolbar, navigate to Tools > Compatibility View.

If this does not fix the problem, try navigating to Tools > Internet Options > Security. Switch your zone to Trusted Sites.
