When using IE9 the message log and/or domain manager will sometimes display incorrectly (most often it is blank). This can be fixed by using compatibility mode.
- While using IE9, push F-12. A pop up window will appear.
- In the top menu of the window, locate the option labeled "Browser Mode"
- Select Internet Explorer 8 from the drop down menu.
- Close the window.
