Why can't I see the Barracuda Spam & Virus message log and/or domain manager when I use IE9?

Scope:

Answer:
When using IE9 the message log and/or domain manager will sometimes display incorrectly (most often it is blank). This can be fixed by using compatibility mode.
  1. While using IE9, push F-12. A pop up window will appear.
  2. In the top menu of the window, locate the option labeled "Browser Mode"
  3. Select Internet Explorer 8 from the drop down menu.
  4. Close the window.
