The only way to ensure that mail for a particular domain is processed completely unfiltered by the Email Security Gateway is to disable both Spam and Virus checking.

To do this, navigate to the Domain Manager tab -> Manage Domain  -> Spam Checking tab -> Spam Scan enabled -> No

Return to the Domain Manager tab -> Manage Domain  -> Virus checking tab -> Virus scan enabled -> No

After changing these two settings, mail for the specified domain should pass through the Spam Firewall completely unfiltered. This is not the recommended setting for your Spam Firewall, but it may be necessary in some situations, or for testing purposes.
